A: Hello, this is Tim in IT

B: Hi, Tim. This is Sara. I'm calling from thre 3rd floor. I've got a problem whit my keyboard.

A: Good morning, Sara. Is it a standard keyboard or a wireless keyboard?

B: It's a estandup one and the delete key is stuck. I've deleted a whole page text!

A: Oh drear! So first, make sure you've saved all your work. OK, noe unplug the keyboard from your PC. Next, turn it over and hit it gentely.

B: What? Are you sure?

A: Yes- IF the keys have got dirt inside them, they sometimes get stuck.

B: OK... now what?

A:Now plug the keyboard in again. Press the enter kay and see what happens.

B: Alright. Hey, it's working! Thanks.

A: Great!

B: Tim, wait a minute. Now the s key isn't working. I'm pressing the key, but teh symbol doesn't apper on the monitor.

A: Alirght, I'll come and take a look. We'll try cleaning some of the keys.

B: Thanks. I'm in Romm 312.

A: O deu! Primer, E    stigos seguira de que as guardat tot el teu treball. OK, ara desenchuf el teclat del teu PC. Despres, tancal i fesli petits cops

B:Que? estas segur?

A: Si- Les tecles tenen brutisia adins, per aixo estan encallades.

B: OK... ara que?

A: Ara enchufa el teclat una altra vegada. Presioina la tecla enter i mira el que pasa.

B:Entesos: funciona, Gracies.

A: Perfecte!

B:Tim, un minut Ara la lletra s no funciona. Estic pijantla , però el simbol no es veu al monitor

A:Entesos,, deixam mirar. Deixam intentar de nertejarlo.

B: Gracies. estic a l'habitacio 312.
